Join our inspiring after-school program designed to develop your artistic skills and prepare you for a future in world of the art and design. Students in the group have the opportunity to explore their passion in a relaxed, supportive environment.
We take a compassionate and empathetic approach to understanding your goals and dreams as an artist, designer, or photographer. Whether you’re interested in Fine Art, Animation, Illustration, Photography, Graphic Design, or Digital Media, you’ll build the skills and creative mindset to bring your visions to life.
A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, he is an internationally awarded illustrator and designer and has worked in corporate marketing departments and ad agencies. He has taught at the Ringling College of Art and educational institutions around CT.

Since graduating from MICA, Anthony has always freelanced as a editorial illustrator working for magazines and newspapers like the New York Times, Washington Post, The Miami Herald, NPR (National Public Radio), Red Herring Financial Magazine, Government Executive Magazine, etc.
He has been recognized in American Illustration, Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, The Alternative Pick Awards, and has been in the Luerzers Archive’s “200 Best Digital Artists & Illustrators Worldwide” in six biennials. He was selected into the archive for 2024-2025. Anthony is also an adjunct professor and educator who taught at independent schools & colleges and guest lecturer at Ringling School of Art, Eckerd College in Florida, The Art Institute online and Eastern CT University as well as local Preparory Schools & High Schools. He began working as Studio Foronda when he moved to Connecticut in 2005.
At Putnam Science Academy, our Fine & Digital Arts program is designed to inspire creativity, teach essential artistic principles, and nurture personal expression through a diverse range of disciplines, including drawing, painting, digital arts, ceramics, and sculpture. Our program helps students grow as an artist and express their unique vision and find their voice.
